1. Human Resource Manager

This position will be handling:

  • HR Administration
  • Payroll
  • Recruitment
  • Training
  • Formalities
  • Industrial Relation
  • General Affair related duties

Requirements :

  • Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Required skill (s): good knowledge on labor law, HR procedure & policy and handling formalities, fluent English communication, good interpersonal & communication skill, Highly Self Motivated Result Oriented.
  • Required Language (s) : English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 6 years(s) of working experience in related fields is required for this position
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Ubud
  • Preferably Manager/ Assistant Manager specializing in Human Resource or equivalent
  • Full Time position(s) available

2. Restaurant Host

Requirements :

  • Graduate from Diploma II
  • Guest-oriented Positive, proactive, effective and service-minded and team-oriented
  • College degree in Hotel business management, or Diploma in in F&B service
  • 3 years Proven food and beverage service experience
  • Knowledge in hospitality, F & B service, healthy food and event Industry,
  • Fluent in English – oral and written communications and Fluent in
  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)

3. Receptionist

Requirements :

  • Graduate from SMK/ SMU or as equal
  • Receptionist / Customer Service Experience is preferable
  • Good customer handling skill
  • Willing to be work on shifting
  • Good Computer Skill and Speak English is a must
  • Required skill(s): hard worker, loyal, attention to detail

4. HR Admin

Requirements :

  • Graduate from SMK/ SMU or as equal
  • HR Experience is preferable
  • Excellent communication skill, must be able to speak English
  • Able to operate computer, Microsoft Words, Power Point, Excel
  • Required skill(s): hard worker, loyal, attention to detail
