1-3 years experience in the food and beverage industry

Good command in both spoken & written english

Excellent understanding in restaurant operations & Bar procedures

Ability to analyze data & prepare weekly and monthly report

Strong focus on guests experience, resolving, complaint and problem solving

Ability to manage, motivate and train staff
