We are an award-winning, luxury mental health and wellness retreat that focuses on mind, body and spiritual healing. Currently we are looking for an enthusiastic people to join our amazing team in following position:

Assistant Housekeeping Manager (In-Charge)

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager or 3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a luxury villa, resort, or 4-5 star hotel.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills; able to supervise, train, and motivate the housekeeping team, as well as analyze and manage room costing efficiently.
  • Excellent knowledge of cleaning standards, guest room inspections, linen and inventory management.
  • Experience with scheduling, shift planning, and handling operational needs on a daily basis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Spreadsheet.
  • High attention to detail with a passion for maintaining impeccable cleanliness and presentation.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal).
