The Ning Resort Ubud is a 5* Resort located in Ubud. Currently we are seeking a high-spirits and self-motivated candidates to join our team as:

• Food & Beverage Manager
• Sales & Event Wedding
• Front Office Supervisor
• Guest Service Agent
• Guest Experience
• Purchasing
• Bell Driver
• Spa Therapist
• Gardener (Daily Worker)

Requirements :

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the applied position within the hospitality industry.
• Good communication skills and able to work as part of a team.
• Fluent in English (Spoken and written),
• Food & Beverage Manager : Strong knowledge of food and beverage products and service standards, leadership skills, and experience in managing restaurant and bar operations.
• Sales & Event wedding : experience in hotel sales, wedding or management, with excellence communication, negotiation, networking, and customer relationship skills, a strong sales target orientation.
• Guest Service Agent : Experience with hotel PMS, excellent guest service and communication skills, able to handle guest request and check in/ check out procedures, and must possess a valid SIM A driving license.
• Guest Experience : Excellent guest service and communication skills, proactive, takes initiative, able to handle guest request, and must possess a valid SIM A driving license.
• Purchasing : Understanding the purchasing process, from purchase requisitions, supplier sourcing, quotation, price negotiation, purchasing, and goods receiving, as well as proficiency in the VHP cloud system.
• Bell Driver : Must possess a valid SIM A driving license, able to provide airport transfers, shuttle services, resort tours, and willing to support public area cleanliness.
• Spa Therapist : Skilled in body massage and spa treatments, with good customer service and communication skills.
• Gardener : Previous experience as a gardener, landscaper or in a similiar role is preferred.
