Requirements:

• Minimum D1 in Hospitality or a related field.
• Previous experience or educational background in Hotel Reservation or Front Office is preferred.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
• Good communication and administrative skills.
• Basic knowledge of hotel rates, room types, hotel facilities, and outlets.
• Able to handle reservation requests, booking coordination, data entry, and follow-up.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Familiar with hotel reservation systems/PMS is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage tasks accurately.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
