What are Your Assignment

• Oversee and manage daily spa operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Develop and implement spa treatment programs and wellness experiences
• Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability
• Monitor and control operational costs while maintaining service excellence
• Supervise, train, and motivate the spa team to deliver exceptional performance
• Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and personalized service
• Manage inventory, product quality, and supplier relationships
• Coordinate promotional programs for spa campaigns
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and service standards in accordance with company policies

What Makes you a Suitable Fit

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field
• Solid knowledge of spa operations, treatments, wellness programs
• Proven ability to drive revenue, manage targets, and control operational costs
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and team management abilities
• Strong understanding of guest service excellence and luxury hospitality standards
• Passion for wellness, hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is preferred
