PR & Guest Relations Officer

The Hair Extension – Seminyak, Bali

Are you a people person who loves creating meaningful connections and delivering exceptional guest experiences? 

We are looking for a warm, confident, and professional PR & Guest Relations Officer to join our team at  Extension Seminyak.

As part of our team, you will be the first impression of our brand — welcoming guests, building relationships, handling guest experiences, and helping create memorable moments for every client. 

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in PR, GRO, Front Office, Hospitality, or Customer Service
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly personality
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Confident interacting with local & international guests
• Strong problem-solving and guest handling skills
• Well-groomed, professional, and positive attitude
• Passionate about beauty, hospitality, and creating great experiences 
• Experience in luxury hospitality, salon, or lifestyle industry is a plus

• Build strong relationships with clients
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback
• Support customer experience improvement
• Represent The Hair brand with confidence and warmth
