About The Client:

A new luxury boutique hotel in Uluwatu, where elevated comfort meets the island’s laid-back surf and wellness spirit. We are seeking passionate hospitality professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional service and authentic guest experiences.

What You Will Contribute:

As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel property during the pre-opening and opening phase. You will support smooth operations by maintaining a secure environment and responding promptly and professionally to any security-related matters.

What You Will Do:

• Monitor and patrol hotel premises regularly to ensure safety and security.
• Control access at entrances and exits for guests, staff, and visitors.
• Ensure all security procedures and hotel policies are strictly followed.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, alarms, and guest concerns.
• Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities and report any hazards or suspicious activities.
• Assist in crowd control during events or high-occupancy periods.
• Coordinate with department heads and management regarding security matters.
• Prepare daily security reports and incident documentation accurately.
• Monitor CCTV systems and other security equipment.
• Support fire safety procedures and emergency response protocols.
• Assist in handling lost and found cases according to hotel procedures.
• Perform other security-related duties as assigned by management.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Security Officer in hotels, resorts, or hospitality properties.
• Possession of valid security certification (Gada Pratama or equivalent).
• Good physical condition and alertness.
• Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and discipline.
• Good communication skills and professional appearance.
• Basic English communication ability is preferred.
• Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
