We are seeking energetic, dedicated, and professional talents to join our team and thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard luxury hospitality environment. We are currently looking for qualified candidates for the following position:

ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a hotel or villa.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance, electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, pool, and general engineering operations.
• Experience in supervising and coordinating the engineering team and daily maintenance activities.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Able to use Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required
