We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and hardworking Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

Ensure guests receive excellent service throughout their dining experience.

Maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene in the dining area.

Respond to guests’ requests and inquiries professionally.

Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.

Follow company service standards and hygiene procedures.

Requirements:

Female

Minimum high school/vocational school graduate or equivalent.

Friendly, well-groomed, and presentable.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsible, punctual, and able to work well under pressure.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Previous experience as a waitress/server is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
