About the role

As a Storekeeper at Suka Espresso, you will play an important role in managing inventory and ensuring the smooth flow of stock for daily operations. This full-time position is based in Bali and will see you working closely with the kitchen, bar, and management team to maintain accurate stock control and efficient storage systems.


What you'll be doing

• Managing daily inventory operations including receiving, storing, and issuing goods

• Monitoring stock levels and ensuring proper stock rotation (FIFO)

• Coordinating with suppliers and internal departments regarding stock needs

• Conducting regular stock counts and maintaining accurate inventory records

• Preparing inventory and purchasing reports for management

• Ensuring proper storage, cleanliness, and organization of the storage area

• Identifying opportunities to improve inventory processes and reduce waste


What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year experience in a Storekeeper, Inventory, or similar role (hospitality/F&B preferred)

• Good organizational and record-keeping skills with strong attention to detail

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Basic knowledge of inventory systems and Microsoft Excel

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Honest, responsible, and physically fit

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
