Requirements:
- A minimum of one year of professional experience as a Bar Supervisor in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage bar operations, with a focus on guest satisfaction, profitability, and staff development.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams, build strong relationships, and effectively communicate with individuals at all levels.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse audiences.
