We’re Looking Cost Control

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor and analyze F&B costs, providing detailed reports and recommendations to management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updating of food and beverage costs in inventory and POS systems.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing department to negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors.
  • Conduct regular audits of F&B processes to ensure compliance with budget and operational standards.
  • Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to optimize portion control and waste reduction.
  • Assist in menu pricing and costing to achieve profitable margins.
  • Develop and implement effective cost control strategies and procedures.
  • Train and guide staff on cost control practices.

KEY QUALIFICATION:

  • Professional fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • 2+ years cost control experience in F&B
  • S1 degree in Data Analysis, Business Administration preferred or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in cost control, preferably in the F&B sector.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace and restaurant management software.
  • Knowledge of the F&B industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to proactively look for ways to help improve efficiency across multiple locations is a plus
