ASST. RESTAURANT MANAGER IN UBUD

Exciting Restaurant with speciality prime meats and high end restaurant, looking for a positive, goal-driven and well-rounded in Operational. We are welcoming who are up to the challenge to run their team and make it the best Restaurant and Bar in Ubud.

Qualifications 

1. Minimum of 2 years experiences as Supervisor or 1 year as Assistant Manager in F&B

2. Have an excellent communication, presentation, leadership skills (proactive and passionate in working with and leading a team)

3. Able to communicate and report to owners and all respectable parties

4. Have a flexible approach to working hours, and the ability to plan and manage time effectively

5. Motivated, self-driven, strategic thinker, strong conceptual thinker and target oriented

6. Service-minded and guest-oriented, have a strong interest in current F&B trend

7. Computer literacy, good in reading and analyzing data and knowledge in computer software programs like Microsoft Office & Excel, Google Business, POS (both front-end and back-end), etc.

8. Excellent verbal and written communication

9. Fluent in English (able to speak any other languages is a plus)

10. Strong leadership skill, ability to spot and resolve problem, decision making, interpersonal skill and can work under pressure

Job Responsibilities

1. Motivate and nurture a positive work environment and culture

2. Manage and optimize the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar to maintain enjoyable guest experience

3. Responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance the business profitability

4. Establish targets, KPIs, schedules, policies and procedures

5. Maintain the quality of services across the restaurant

6. Develop, organize, implement, assess, and enhance the staff training program

7. Cover all aspects of training, such as product knowledge, customer service, and service excellence within the training program

8. Improve and maintain relationships with suppliers
