Job Overview:
Responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest service and maintain the highest standards of hospitality. This role assist in supervising the service team, maintaining service standards and ensuring smooth coordination between the restaurant and kitchen operations
Key Responsibilties:
Supervise restaurant staff and ensure high quality service standards are consistently delivered.
Support training coaching and motivating the team to achieve excellent performance
Handle guest inquiris, feedback and complaints in a professional manner.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards are maintained in all restaurant area
Coordinate with kitchen and other department to ensure smooth service operations.
Monitor inventory equipment and operational needs within the restaurant
Assist in scheduling staff and managing manpower effectively
Qualification :
Indonesian citizen (WNI)
Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in a similiar position in hotel, resort or restaurant
strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards and guest satisfaction
Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills
Ability to handle guest complaints professionally and ensure service recovery
Good understanding of pos system and inventory control
Fluent in english (spoken & written)
Hospitality or hotel management background is preferred
