Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, and escort them to their tables
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks promptly with proper presentation
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure a positive and memorable dining experience for all guests
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good command of English is required
