Portier Hotel is a collection of luxury villas located at the heart of Seminyak, Bali seeking an experienced, hard working and passionate candidate to fill the vacant positions :

  1. Assistant Accounting Manager
  2. Cluster Marketing Manager

Qualifications for Assistant Accounting Manager:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in accounting
  • Minimum have 3 year’s experience in the same position preferably in the hotel or villa
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and leadership skills.
  • Discipline and excellent communication in English.
  • Initiative-taking and attention to detail.
  • Preferable to experience using Xero or any other accounting software.
  • Previous experience with Cloudbeds property management software would be an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards in accordance with applicable regulation
Qualifications for Cluster Marketing Manager:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or Communication
  • Three year’s experience in Marketing, Communications Management, Content Marketing or a related field
  • Exceptional communication skills; ability to interact with customers, employees, media, influencers and third parties that reflects highly on each villa, the brand and the company
  • Exemplary storytelling skills, copy writing and editing experience for B2B and B2C audiences
  • Impeccable eye for detail, being able to proof content that meets editorial standards
  • A good understanding of digital and social media and understand the content requirements for these channels
  • Ability to take ownership and work across multiple projects with deadlines\
  • Ability to work on projects and stakeholder relationships remotely
  • Ability to approach situations with analysis, clarity and prioritisation
  • Ability to perform multiple efforts in a fast paced, complex, high growth environment
