E-Commerce Manager

PERTAMA MANAGEMENT

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and adjust pricing strategies to maximise occupancy and villas revenue
  • Analyse market trends, booking patterns, and competitor data
  • Manage pricing, availability, and restrictions across all online booking platforms
  • Ensure rate accuracy, parity, and consistency across all online channels
  • Oversee listings content and quality, including photos, descriptions, amenities...
  • Launch and optimise new property listings to maximise visibility and conversion
  • Coordinate promotions, flash sales, and seasonal campaigns to drive bookings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with online travel partners to secure better exposure
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement actions to improve ranking and revenue
  • Prepare and analyse pickup, forecast, and performance reports against budget and targets
  • Produce weekly and monthly revenue reports highlighting key trends and variances
  • Troubleshoot mapping issues between PMS, channel manager and online platforms
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations to align promotions and pricing strategies
  • Supervise and guide the E-Commerce Coordinator to ensure timely and accurate execution
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, workflows, and e-commerce standards
  • Attend meetings and present key insights, trends, and recommendations to management

Qualification :

  • Experienced in E-Commerce or Revenue Management within Villas / Property Management
  • Deep understanding of the Bali pricing market, local demand trends, and booking patterns
  • Proven use of Book&Link or similar channel manager
  • Strong knowledge of OTA algorithms, rate positioning, and traveller behaviour
  • Experience managing listings, pricing, and visibility on online platforms
  • Skilled in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and dashboards
  • Strong reporting ability with pickup, forecast, and performance reports
  • Proactive and comfortable with systems and data-heavy tasks
  • Accountable, reliable, revenue-driven and highly organised
  • Team player with a positive, communicative attitude
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
