Origin Uluwatu is the first tented villas of its kind in Bali's famed Bukit, a collection of 14 luxury tents in lush tropical garden, is looking for experienced and passionate Restaurant & Bar Manager to join our team.
Qualifications:
- Min. 3 years’ experience in a Restaurant & Bar Supervisor/Manager role, preferably in a boutique hotel, villa or lifestyle property
- Fluent in English with strong guest engagement skills
- Good knowledge of restaurant service, barista coffee and classic cocktails
- Familiar with POS, cash handling, stock control and basic revenue reporting
- Confident, hands-on and able to run daily operations independently
- Currently based in Bali, preferably residing in or around the Uluwatu area (Pecatu/Ungasan/Nusa Dua/Jimbaran/Tuban)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily restaurant, bar and poolside operations
- Act as a welcoming host and engage confidently with international guests
- Maintain high beverage and service standards
- Manage daily stock, inventory and wastage
- Ensure accurate POS, cash handling and daily revenue reporting
