General Requirements:

• Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills and able to work well in a team 
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Understand basic MEP systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection
• Able to read and understand MEP drawings, technical specifications, and project documents
• Familiar with site supervision, installation monitoring, and project progress reporting
• Able to coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other project teams
