As a Hostess Supervisor at the Masonry. Restaurant Uluwatu, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience at our hotel in Kuta Selatan, Bali. This contract position will have you leading a team of front-of-house staff, overseeing the smooth running of our reception, concierge, and hospitality services.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both guests and team members
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, and preferably additional language skills
• Flexible and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor a team
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, front desk / host procedures, and guest services
• Domiciled in Bali
• Able to join immediately
