This is an exciting opportunity to join the talented culinary team at Masonry. Restaurant Uluwatu as a Commis Chef.  As a Commis Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and assembling a range of cold dishes, salads and cold appetisers in our bustling kitchen. This is a contract role based in the vibrant location of Pecatu, Kuta Selatan, Bali.

Qualification :

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or equivalent role in a busy kitchen environment
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety and hygiene standards
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
• Teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with the wider culinary team
• Passion for creating high-quality, visually appealing cold dishes and salads
• Able to join immediately
