Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing in hospitality (hotels, resorts, villas).
• Knowledge of OTAs and Channel Manager
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in using hospitality systems
• Good personality, positive attitude, highly motivated, able to work well with a team, and willing to learn

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling guest inquiries
• Creating reservations through the PMS system and ensuring all reservation correspondence is correct
• Communicating, maintaining, and developing long-lasting relationships with clients
• Ensuring & Monitoring the accuracy of information on online platforms
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports for the Asst Reservation Manager
• Ensuring proper connection and accuracy between our OTA, Channel Manager, and PMS systems
• Create Invoice and able to use link payment
• Coordinating regularly with the Front Office and Operations teams
• Updating and coordinating with the Assistant Reservation Manager
• Inform & Arrange transportation for guest with front office team
