Service Manager

Luna Beach Club Bali

The Service Manager oversees the daily operations of Utopia venue within Luna Beach Club, ensuring smooth execution of service, staff performance, inventory control, and guest satisfaction. This role is responsible for scheduling, leading and developing a motivated team and driving upselling strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations & Scheduling

  • Create, manage, and communicate weekly staff schedules.
  • Ensure proper coverage during peak hours, events, and entertainment nights.
  • Oversee daily opening and closing procedures with checklists.
  • Supervise service quality and ensure brand standards are consistently met.

Staff Management

  • Conduct interviews, hire, and onboard new staff for Utopia.
  • Train and coach team members on service standards, upselling, and guest engagement.
  • Lead daily briefings to communicate goals, promotions, and operational updates.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Inventory & Financial Control

  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, and proper usage of bar and service items.
  • Maintain accurate daily/weekly inventory counts.
  • Work closely with cost control to reduce wastage and manage profitability.
  • Ensure all equipment and supplies are well-maintained and functional.

Guest Experience & Upselling

  • Drive upselling of premium beverages, bottle service, and food pairings.
  • Train staff on guest interaction techniques to maximize sales.
  • Handle guest feedback with professionalism and quick resolution.
  • Ensure a welcoming and memorable experience for every visitor.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven min. 3 years of experience in hospitality management (beach clubs, high-volume restaurants, or nightlife venues preferred).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of scheduling, stock control, and operational procedures.
  • Strong sales/upselling mindset with ability to coach staff.
  • Event and entertainment coordination experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia preferred.
