- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service with a positive and professional attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Well-groomed, highly motivated, and committed to maintaining high service standards.
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to perform in a dynamic working environment.
- Experience in a pre-opening hotel or resort project will be considered a strong advantage.
