Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new clients (corporate, weddings, private events)
- Handle inquiries and perform client follow-ups
- Understand client needs (concept, budget, number of guests, etc.)
- Prepare and present event proposals
- Negotiate pricing and close deals
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
- Act as PIC (Person in Charge) during event execution
- Prepare sales reports and maintain client records
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field
- Experience in sales, events, or hospitality is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekend
Nice to Have:
- Experience handling weddings or corporate events
- Existing network in event/hospitality industry
- Good command of English
