Event Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new clients (corporate, weddings, private events)
  • Handle inquiries and perform client follow-ups
  • Understand client needs (concept, budget, number of guests, etc.)
  • Prepare and present event proposals
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
  • Act as PIC (Person in Charge) during event execution
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain client records

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field
  • Experience in sales, events, or hospitality is a plus
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekend

Nice to Have:

  • Experience handling weddings or corporate events
  • Existing network in event/hospitality industry
  • Good command of English
