F&B Sales Manager

KORO Bali

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Koro Bali
  • Actively source and secure new business opportunities (events, group bookings, private functions, brand collaborations)
  • Build, maintain, and grow relationships with clients, partners, and communities
  • Handle inquiries, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, kitchen) to ensure smooth execution of events and bookings
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and activations
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), including food bloggers, media, and gastronomy communities to strengthen brand visibility

Requirements :

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in F&B sales, hospitality, or event sales
  • Proven experience handling sales for independent restaurant or standalone F&B brands (non-chain)
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, customer behavior, and revenue drivers
  • Strong network in Bali (corporate clients, communities, event organizers is a plus)
  • Well-connected within Bali’s F&B and lifestyle scene, including food bloggers, KOLs, and gastronomy communities
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
