Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Koro Bali
- Actively source and secure new business opportunities (events, group bookings, private functions, brand collaborations)
- Build, maintain, and grow relationships with clients, partners, and communities
- Handle inquiries, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, kitchen) to ensure smooth execution of events and bookings
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and activations
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), including food bloggers, media, and gastronomy communities to strengthen brand visibility
Requirements :
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in F&B sales, hospitality, or event sales
- Proven experience handling sales for independent restaurant or standalone F&B brands (non-chain)
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, customer behavior, and revenue drivers
- Strong network in Bali (corporate clients, communities, event organizers is a plus)
- Well-connected within Bali’s F&B and lifestyle scene, including food bloggers, KOLs, and gastronomy communities
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
