KERJIM UMA VILLAS is a traditional wooden-style villa property in Gianyar, Bali, featuring 10 private-pool villas and 1 restaurant. We are currently in the pre-opening stage and looking for passionate, responsible, and service-oriented individuals to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare villas and guest rooms according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of bathrooms, bedrooms, and villa areas.
• Check room amenities, linen, towels, and guest supplies.
• Maintain the cleanliness of private pools and surrounding areas as assigned.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or lost and found items to the supervisor.
• Ensure housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies are properly maintained.
• Support guest requests and coordinate with other departments when needed.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and operational procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or villa is preferred.
• Attention to detail, honest, responsible, and hardworking.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and service attitude.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Available to join during the pre-opening period.
