KERJIM UMA VILLAS is a traditional wooden-style villa property in Gianyar, Bali, featuring 10 private-pool villas and 1 restaurant. We are currently in the pre-opening stage and looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and service-oriented individuals to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
• Prepare and maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant and dining areas.
• Set up tables and ensure all service equipment is ready for operation.
• Respond to guest requests and handle complaints politely.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Waiter is preferred.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, professional, honest, and well-groomed.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Available to join during the pre-opening period.
