Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same or a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, wellness center, or hospitality industry.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for Daily Worker positions.
• Strong knowledge and practical skills relevant to the position, with experience in F&B, marketing, spa and wellness, culinary, engineering, guest services, or hospitality operations.
• Proficient in relevant tools and systems. For Marcom candidates, experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design software is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Well-groomed, detail-oriented, professional, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English. Additional language skills are an advantage.
