Eco friendly resort located at the Tegalalang. K Club-Ubud is consisting of villas, Glamping tents, restaurant, spa, and jungle pool club. We are looking for some great candidates to fill the vacant position as follows:
SENIOR SALES MANAGER
Qualification:
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in luxury hospitality sales, with a strong focus on revenue generation and market expansion.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth, increasing occupancy, and achieving market share targets.
- Strong existing network across corporate clients, offline travel agents (OTA non-digital), wholesalers, and strategic partners in key markets (US, EU/UK, Australia, and Asia).
- Demonstrated ability to identify and convert new business opportunities while maintaining and growing key accounts.
- Extensive experience in contract negotiation, rate structuring, and partnership agreements with a commercial mindset.
- Solid understanding of market segmentation, pricing strategy, and competitor analysis within the luxury hospitality industry.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams (Revenue Management, Reservations, and Operations) to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Strong exposure to international sales activities including sales calls, travel fairs, and industry networking events.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to represent the brand at a high level.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable sales plans.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Willing to travel internationally and domestically as required.
