General Requirements:
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and guest experience
- Proficiency in digital tools and systems related to operations and guest satisfaction
- Experience in the Balinese hospitality industry strongly preferred
- Minum 5 years of experience in a similiar senior role position
