Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, preferably with a background in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Reservation, Front Office, or a related field for at least 3–6 months is preferred.
• Familiar with reservation systems and booking platforms.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Available to join immediately.
