Mango Ubud - Managed by Island Escape Villas

Mango Ubud is a boutique hospitality destination that combines private villas with a vibrant café concept, surrounded by the serene rice fields of Ubud. We focus on fresh ingredients, warm Balinese hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.

We are currently looking for a dedicated Villa Supervisor who is passionate about hospitality and capable of ensuring smooth daily villa operations while delivering excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily operations of the villa property
• Ensure villas are well-prepared for guest arrivals and departures
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front office teams
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service, and villa presentation
• Monitor villa facilities and report maintenance issues
• Assist management in improving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role in villas, hotels, or resorts
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Fluent in English
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Housekeeping experience is preferred
