Job Description :

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Introduce and explain our padel racket rental services, pricing, and promotions.
• Assist customers with selecting the appropriate racket based on their needs and playing level.
• Process rental transactions, payments, and returns accurately.
• Promote and upsell additional products or services when appropriate.
• Ensure all rental equipment is clean, well-maintained, and ready for use.
• Build positive relationships with customers and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Support promotional events and marketing activities.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the rental area.

Qualifications :

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience as an SPG/SPB, Sales Promotion Staff, Retail Sales Associate, Customer Service, Front Office, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented with the ability to achieve targets.
• Well-groomed, energetic, and professional in appearance.
• Conversational English is required.
• Passion for sports, fitness, or lifestyle industries is an advantage.
• Based in Denpasar or nearby areas.
