Waiter / Service Staff (Full Time)
Job Description :
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks according to company standards
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of dining area before, during, and after service
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints politely
- Support daily operational activities in the outlet
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service flow
- Prepare table setup and maintain service equipment
- Process billing and payments when needed
- Follow SOP, hygiene, and safety standards at all times
Requirements :
- Previous experience as Waiter/Waitress or Service Staff is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Well-groomed, disciplined, and service-oriented
- Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Team player with positive attitude
- Basic English communication is a plus
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
