We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team in Karangasem, Bali:

1. MARKETING MANAGER

We are looking for someone who can strengthen the Hideout brand, tell its story, and turn creative ideas into effective marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Experience in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle marketing

• Strong understanding of branding, social media, content, and digital campaigns

• Good eye for photography, video, design, and storytelling

• Organized, proactive, and able to manage campaigns from planning to execution

• Good English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills

2. CHIEF ACCOUNTANT

We are looking for a hands-on Chief Accountant who can build a clear and reliable finance system.

Requirements:

• Solid hotel or hospitality accounting experience

• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cash flow, P&L, tax, audit, and financial controls

• Experience setting up accounting systems, SOPs, and reporting structures

• Pre-opening or operational transition experience is highly preferred

• Experience handling reports for multiple business entities or stakeholders would be an advantage

• Confident using accounting software and Microsoft Excel

• Good English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills

Candidates should be based in or willing to relocate to Karangasem, Bali.
