KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reservation

- Handle guest reservations through phone, email, WhatsApp, website, OTA, and other booking channels.

- Process new bookings, amendments, cancellations, and special requests accurately.

- Provide accurate information regarding villa types, rates, packages, facilities, and policies.

- Monitor villa availability and ensure reservations are correctly updated in the system.

- Confirm reservations and follow up on pending bookings and payments.

- Maintain accurate guest profiles and reservation records.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and additional services.

- Coordinate special requests, transportation, and other guest arrangements with the relevant departments.

Operator

- Handle all incoming and internal telephone calls professionally.

- Provide accurate information and assistance to guests.

- Transfer calls to the appropriate department or team member.

- Receive and record guest requests and ensure proper follow-up.

- Coordinate guest requests with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, Butler, and other departments.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Reservations, Front Office, Operator, or a similar hospitality position.

- Previous experience in a hotel, villa, or resort is preferred.

- Good command of English, both written and spoken.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Familiar with PMS/reservation systems; knowledge of VHP, Cloudbeds, or similar systems is an advantage.

- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good organizational and time-management skills.

- Able to multitask and work under pressure.

- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong teamwork.

- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
