1. Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years experience in same position.
3. Familiar with plumbing, electricity, carpenter.
4. Good personality, able to work as team and as individual
5. Has training in the same position at villas or star hotels.
