The Outlet Leader is responsible for managing daily operations of the outlet to ensure excellent service quality, smooth workflow, and consistent guest satisfaction. This role will oversee staff performance, maintain product standards, and drive operational efficiency while supporting business revenue growth.

Our client is a restaurant business owner based in Ubud, Bali looking for a reliable and proactive supervisor to help manage day-to-day activities, coordinate staff, and ensure high-quality guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure all activities run efficiently.
  • Monitor service quality and maintain high standards of hospitality.
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve operational targets.
  • Prepare work schedules and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
  • Manage stock levels, ordering, inventory control, and minimize waste.
  • Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOP, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and management team for smooth communication.
  • Track daily sales, prepare reports, and assist in reaching revenue goals.
  • Support promotional activities and monitor product consistency.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in similar role within F&B or hospitality.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a hands-on approach.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage operational issues quickly.
  • Understanding of inventory, cost control, and basic reporting.
