Restaurant Manager

Ceremonia Rooftop Bar is looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our team. In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure outstanding guest satisfaction, lead and develop the team, and drive operational excellence while achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the overall daily operations of the restaurant.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver excellent service.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor restaurant performance and achieve operational and financial targets.
• Manage staff scheduling, inventory, and operational costs.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve service issues effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, hygiene, safety, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to support business growth and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of managerial experience in restaurants, cafés, or lifestyle hospitality venues.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations, food & beverage, and inventory management.
• Target-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
