Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in related role

- Experience in *5 hotel/resort

- Fluent in English and Excellent Written and verbal communication skills

- Reservations and Customer Service skills

- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction

- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle customer issues or complaints

- Placements in Kuta, Bali
