Bali Management Villas is currently looking for a Villa Coordinator to join our dynamic team and support our growing operations by ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent guest experience across our villa portfolio.

About the Role
As a Villa Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing daily villa operations, coordinating operational teams, and ensuring service standards are consistently maintained. You will act as the key liaison between management, staff, and guests to ensure operational excellence across assigned villas.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of assigned villas.
- Ensure villas are well-prepared before guest arrival (cleanliness, maintenance, amenities).
- Handle guest check-in, check-out, and respond promptly to guest inquiries or complaints.
- Ensure service standards and SOPs are consistently implemented.
- Support team scheduling and manpower coordination when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in hospitality as Villa Coordinator, Villa Supervisor, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of villa operations and guest service standards.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple villas or tasks.
- Well-organized, proactive, and service-oriented personality.
