We Are Hiring – Area Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality/Tourism or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years experience as Supervisor/Leader in villa/hotel
• Able to handle multiple properties/units
• Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
• Good command of English
• Willing to work mobile within Bali area

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of villa units
• Ensure SOP and service standards are implemented
• Supervise and manage operational team
• Handle guest complaints professionally
• Monitor cleanliness and maintenance
• Prepare operational reports.
