Sales Executive – Diving (Indonesian Citizen)

Bali Hai Cruises is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive – Diving to join our team. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, expanding market reach, and promoting our diving products and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for diving products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and business partners
• Identify new market opportunities and potential clients
• Handle inquiries and provide detailed product knowledge to clients
• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Coordinate closely with operations to ensure service excellence
• Prepare sales reports and market analysis
• Represent the company in sales visits and promotional activities

Qualifications:

• Indonesian citizen.
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in sales, preferably in hospitality or marine tourism
• Knowledge or interest in diving activities (diving certification is an advantage)
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal skills and professional attitude
• Willing to be based in Bali
