As we expanding our business to cater what guests need, we are currently looking for talented, passionate and potential candidate to join our team as:

1. Reservation Supervisor

Education & Experience:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business, or related field

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in reservations or a related field, preferably in a supervisory role.

• Proven experience in managing reservations, bookings, and customer inquiries.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage stress.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office.

Language:

    - Fluency in English (mandatory).

    - Proficiency in Indonesian or other local languages is an advantage.
