Sayan House Villa is looking for an experienced and detail oriented Senior Housekeeping to lead and maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and guest comfort in our luxury villa.

Requirements : 

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar position (villa or hotel )
• Strong leadership and team management skills 
• Detail-oriented with high standards of cleanliness
• Good communication skills ( English is a must ) 
• Honest, responsible and well- organized
• Willing to work shift, weekends and public holiday 

Key responsibilities :

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations within the villa 
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation meet luxury standard 
• Inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities regularly 
• Train and guide housekeeping staff
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens 
• Coordinate with other department to ensure smooth operations 
• Handle guest request and special arrangements professionally
