1. Cluster Marketing Manager

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or Communication
• Three year’s experience in Marketing, Communications Management, Content Marketing or a related field
• Exceptional communication skills; ability to interact with customers, employees, media, influencers and third parties that reflects highly on each villa, the brand and the company
• Exemplary storytelling skills, copy writing and editing experience for B2B and B2C audiences
• Impeccable eye for detail, being able to proof content that meets editorial standards
• A good understanding of digital and social media and understand the content requirements for these channels
• Ability to take ownership and work across multiple projects with deadlines
• Ability to work on projects and stakeholder relationships remotely
• Ability to approach situations with analysis, clarity and prioritisation
• Ability to perform multiple efforts in a fast paced, complex, high growth environment
