Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hostess, Senior Hostess, Guest Relations, or similar Front of House position.
• Experience in a restaurant, hotel, beach club, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Experience in premium or fine dining is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Well-groomed, professional, confident, and friendly.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Good understanding of guest service and hospitality standards.
• Able to handle VIP guests, special requests, and guest complaints professionally.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Good multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Familiar with reservation systems and table management.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Based in Bali or willing to relocate.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the Hostess team during daily operations.
• Ensure all guests receive a warm, professional, and personalized welcome.
• Manage daily reservations, walk-in guests, waiting lists, and table allocation.
• Prepare and maintain the daily seating plan.
• Monitor table availability and guest flow to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle VIP guests, special occasions, and guest requests.
• Ensure all guest preferences and special requests are communicated to the relevant team.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate closely with the Restaurant Manager, Supervisor, Service Team, Bar, and Kitchen.
• Ensure the Hostess team follows company SOPs, service standards, and grooming standards.
• Guide and support junior Hostesses during service.
• Provide basic training and coaching to new Hostess team members.
• Monitor the performance and service quality of the Hostess team.
• Conduct shift handovers and communicate important guest or operational information.
• Ensure the host station and reservation system are organized and up to date.
• Assist management in maintaining a smooth, efficient, and high-quality guest experience.
