Engineering Attendant
Sudamala Resort Ubud
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel engineering, building maintenance, or a similar position.
- Previous experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel is preferred.
- Good knowledge of building maintenance, electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, refrigeration, and basic mechanical systems.
- Familiar with preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
- Able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and safely.
- Good understanding of occupational health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Familiar with hotel engineering equipment, tools, and maintenance procedures.
- Able to conduct regular inspections and ensure all hotel facilities and equipment are functioning properly.
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Able to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Willing to respond to emergency maintenance situations when required.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Relevant technical certifications or licenses are an advantage.
